In Nevada,\nNorthern Washoe County and Western Nevada Basin and Range.\n\n* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 2 AM PDT Sunday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and rough waters will create hazardous\nboating conditions on area lakes, including Pyramid Lake, and\nLahontan and Rye Patch reservoirs. Blowing dust may reduce\nvisibilities, including along Interstate 80, Highway 50, and\nHighway 95. Winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs\ncould be blown down and a few power outages may result.\n\n## Instructions\nNow is the time to secure loose outdoor items such as patio furniture\nand trash cans before winds increase which could blow these items\naway. The best thing to do is prepare ahead of time by making sure\nyou have extra food and water on hand, flashlights with spare\nbatteries and/or candles in the event of a power outage.\n\nCheck lake conditions before heading out and be prepared for a sudden\nincrease in winds and wave heights. Consider postponing boating\nactivities on the lake until a day with less wind."}
