Minor damage to outdoor objects is\npossible.\n\nThis storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Carbon\nand southeastern Duchesne Counties.\n\n## Instructions\nIf outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.\n\nTorrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to\nlocalized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded\nroadways.\n\nThis storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio\nstations and available television stations for additional information\nand possible warnings from the National Weather Service."}
