Overflowing poor drainage areas.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 304 PM MST, local law enforcement reported areas of flooding\nfrom earlier heavy rainfall in the Picture Rocks area. This\nincludes flooding along roads such as Sandario Road and Manville\nRoad.
