Flooding may occur\nin poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be\nflooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- Another round of showers and thunderstorms are expected on\nTuesday afternoon across the South Central Mountains. Storms will\nmove toward the north and northwest around 5 to 10 mph. Rainfall\nrates over 1 inch per hour are expected in the stronger storms.\nRapid runoff will lead to flash flooding, especially where the\nground is saturated from recent heavy rainfall.
