Dangerous flows\nover low-water crossings.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 219 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. This  will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.\nBetween 1 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the\narea. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nTererro and Cowles.\n- Increased water flows are expected near Holy Ghost Campground.\nCampers should stay away from the water.\n- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
