For\nthe Gale Watch, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to\n40 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft possible.\n\n* WHERE...The coastal waters from Oregon Inlet to Cape Hatteras.\n\n* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 PM Tuesday to 8 PM\nEDT Wednesday.
