For the\nGale Watch, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt\nand extremely rough waters possible.\n\n* WHERE...Albemarle, Croatan, and Roanoke Sounds and the\nAlligator River.\n\n* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM Tuesday to 5 PM\nEDT Wednesday.
