At 647 PM EDT, a 72 knot wind gust was recorded at\nthe Surf City Yacht Club mesonet station.\n\nIMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally\nhazardous seas. Boats could suffer significant structural\ndamage in high winds and hail.
