As\nit passes, areas of near gale southerly wind gusts will develop\nin the northern waters around and north of Cape Mendocino, including\nthe northern inner waters from the mouth of the Eel River to along\nHumboldt and Arcata Bay. These winds will quickly ease tonight."}
