For the Heat Advisory, heat index\nvalues up to 109 expected.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Oklahoma and\nnorthern Texas.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 9 PM CDT this evening.\nFor the Heat Advisory, from noon to 8 PM CDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events.
