Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have\nfallen.\n- Additional rainfall is expected over the area, and this could\ncause minor flooding to persist or worsen.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nHindman, Estill, Wheelwright, Pippa Passes, Wayland, Raven,\nBetty, Glo, Demo, Mousie, Larkslane, Porter Junction,\nTopmost, Garret, Hollybush, Kite, Bolyn, Price, Dry Creek and\nOrkney.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
