Very warm\novernight conditions will bring little relief. For the Wind\nAdvisory, North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph\nexpected.\n\n* WHERE...Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast.\n\n* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM PDT Monday. For the Wind\nAdvisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 AM PDT Thursday.\n\n* IMPACTS...There is a high risk for dangerous heat illness,\nespecially for sensitive groups like the very young, the very old,\nthose without air conditioning, and those active outdoors. Gusty\nwinds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be\nblown down and a few power outages may result.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young\nchildren and pets in unattended vehicles. Limit strenuous activities\nto early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of\nheat exhaustion and heat stroke.\n\nWinds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high\nprofile vehicles. Use extra caution.
