Warm overnight conditions will bring\nless relief than usual.\n\n* WHERE...Los Angeles County Inland Coast including Downtown Los\nAngeles and Ventura County Inland Coast.\n\n* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Monday, peaking Thursday through Sunday.\n\n* IMPACTS...There is a high risk for dangerous heat illness,\nespecially for sensitive groups like the very young, the very old,\nthose without air conditioning, and those active outdoors.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While today (Wednesday) will not be as hot as\npreviously expected, a sharp warm up is still on track for\nThursday.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
