Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over\nthe area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nJean, Primm, Goodsprings and Nipton Road Mile Marker 3.\n- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
