The high tide cycles tonight,\nMonday night and Tuesday night are of the most concern.\n\n* IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding occurs along the most\nvulnerable shoreline locales in Newport, Portsmouth and\nMiddletown. This includes flooding at parking lots near\nbeaches in Newport, and a portion of Hazard Road.
