South to southeast winds of 5 to 15 mph\nwith gusts of 20 to 25 mph are forecast for this afternoon into\nearly evening. Minimum relative humidity values of 30 to 40\npercent are also expected. Together, these conditions could lead\nto the rapid spread of fires.
