Water over roadways.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 324 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain\nhave fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected\nover the area.
