Thunderstorms will develop late Wednesday\nnight and move from south to north across the area.\n\n* OUTFLOW WINDS...Any storms that develop will be capable of gusty\nand erratic outflow winds between 25 and 30 miles per hour.\nOutflow winds can occur ahead of and behind storms and cause\nerratic wind directions.\n\n* IMPACTS...Scattered lightning in dry fuels can cause multiple\nfire starts. Thunderstorms can also bring sudden sharp wind\nshifts on existing fires, causing rapid changes in a fire's\nrate of spread and direction of spread. Thunderstorm outflow\nwinds can be a threat for several hours following the start of\na new lightning-caused fire. If a fire were to begin, air\nquality may diminish in the surrounding area.\n\n## Instructions\nA Fire Weather Watch means that there is a potential for critical\nfire weather conditions to develop.
