Impacts possible in some health systems and in\nheat-sensitive industries.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread Moderate HeatRisk is forecast\nacross interior Monterey County Tuesday and Wednesday. Limited\novernight cooling is expected, particularly in the Santa Lucia\nRange, with low temperatures in the mid 60s to 70s expected.\n\n## Instructions\nHydration is a critical piece to surviving the heat. Drink water, and\nif possible, take water to those who are vulnerable.\n\nTo reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and\nHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in\nshaded or air conditioned environments.
