Impacts possible in some health systems and in\nheat-sensitive industries.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread Moderate HeatRisk in the upper 90s\nwith favored hotspots reaching the low 100s on Tuesday. Limited\novernight recovery is expected with overnight lows only dropping\ninto the low to mid 60s. Higher elevations may only see overnight\nlows drop into the upper 60s to mid 70s.\n\n## Instructions\nHydration is a critical piece to surviving the heat. Drink water, and\nif possible, take water to those who are vulnerable.\n\nTo reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and\nHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in\nshaded or air conditioned environments.
