The rain and lingering cloud\ncover could hold peak heat indices lower than currently forecast\nfor areas north of I-80.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside.
