However, northwest winds, gusting up to\n20 mph at times, coupled with low RHs will still promote hot,\ndry, and windy conditions across the area this afternoon and\ninto the evening. Expect a cooling trend along with higher\nminimum RHs to begin on Friday and last into the weekend.\n\n## Instructions\nA red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions\nare imminent or occurring now, or will shortly.
