Streams\ncontinue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 600 PM CDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned\narea.
