Additional rainfall is expected tonight\nthrough Thursday morning and could lead to flash flooding.\n\n* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be\npossible.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of Colorado, including the following areas, Kit\nCarson and Yuma, Kansas, including the following areas, Cheyenne\nKS, Decatur, Gove, Graham, Greeley, Logan, Norton, Rawlins,\nSheridan, Sherman, Thomas, Wallace and Wichita, and southwest\nNebraska, including the following areas, Dundy, Hitchcock and Red\nWillow.\n\n* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.\n\n* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in additional flooding of\nrivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone\nlocations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.\nLow-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and\nflooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
