Minor flooding is\nexpected to continue through Friday into early Saturday morning.\n\n* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.\n\n* WHERE...White River at Hazleton.\n\n* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.\n\n* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Floodwaters cover much low ground in\nagricultural season.  Low lying oil fields...Pottsville Road and\npossibly a few other low rural roads flood.
