Between\n0.25 and 0.6 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing\nor expected to begin shortly.\n\nExcessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow\nmoving through the Beaver Creek downstream towards the Grove area in\nBeaver City.
