Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have\nfallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is\nexpected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.\n\nHAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,\nhighways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor\ndrainage and low-lying areas.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nBarboursville, Milton, Ona, Green Bottom, and Pea Ridge.\n\nThis includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 15\nand 27.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
