Low lying property including homes,\nbusinesses, and some critical infrastructure may be inundated. Some\nshoreline erosion may occur.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An intensifying Typhoon Bavi (09W) continues\nto barrel toward the Marianas from the east, with coastal\ninundation becoming likely beginning late Sunday afternoon,\npotentially sooner if the system moves faster. Once the system\nexits to the west-northwest by Tuesday night, coastal erosion is\nlikely to spread to west facing shores while dissipating elsewhere,\nbut timing is highly uncertain.\n\n## Instructions\nA coastal flood watch means that conditions favorable for flooding\nare expected to develop. Coastal residents should be alert for later\nstatements or warnings...and take action to protect property."}
