Although heat index values\nwill only be near 100, the prolonged period of late season hot\ntemperatures and high humidity will continue to elevate\nheat-related health impacts.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside.
