This\nincludes the cities of Skwentna, Willow, Talkeetna, Trapper Creek,\nPetersville, and Chulitna.\n\n* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.\n\n* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,\ncreeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.\nCreeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water\ncrossings may be flooded. Area rivers, creeks, and streams are\nelevated from the previous rain event and will likely rise again\nover the next 24 hours.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- A storm moving in today will bring an additional 1 to 2.5\ninches of rain to the Susitna Valley and Hatcher Pass.
