For the Heat Advisory, heat\nindex values up to 104 expected.\n\n* WHERE...Coastal Waldo, Interior Waldo, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln,\nSagadahoc, and Coastal Cumberland Counties.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM EDT this evening.\nFor the Heat Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 8 PM EDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Overnight low temperatures will only fall\ninto the 70s, resulting in accumulated heat stress.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles.
