For the Heat Advisory\ntomorrow, heat index values in excess of 105 degrees expected.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, and\ncentral, north central, and northwest Mississippi.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning today, until 9 PM CDT this\nevening. For the Heat Advisory tomorrow, from 10 AM to 8 PM CDT\nWednesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car\ninteriors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning\nor evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and\nheat stroke.\n\nTo reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and\nHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in\nshaded or air conditioned environments.
