Minor\nflooding developing on the lower Wabash is possible as well, but\nconfidence is lower there. Locally higher amounts may cause rises\nthat are higher than current crests indicate, and those with\ninterests along area rivers should keep updated with the latest\ninformation as additional forecasts and warnings are issued.\n\n* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.\n\n* WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour.\n\n* WHEN...From this evening until further notice.\n\n* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Extensive lowland flooding affecting\nagricultural lands. Many county and state roads in flood plain\nbecome impassable by high water, including SR 235 East of Medora,\nSR 258 East of Cortland, CR 725 N and possibly SR 39 south of\nTampico. High water affects county roads near Vallonia and\nShields, Ewing Road near Brownstown, CR 525 N near Seymour\nwastewater treatment plant, Honeytown Road and possibly SR 250\neast of Dudleytown and SR 256 west of Austin.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 11:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 10.7 feet.\n- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage\nthis evening and continue rising to a crest of 16.2 feet\nearly Thursday afternoon.\n- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.\n- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nMotorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive\ncars through flooded areas.\n\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
