Minor\nflooding developing on the lower Wabash is possible as well, but\nconfidence is lower there. Locally higher amounts may cause rises\nthat are higher than current crests indicate, and those with\ninterests along area rivers should keep updated with the latest\ninformation as additional forecasts and warnings are issued.\n\n* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.\n\n* WHERE...White River at Spencer.\n\n* WHEN...From late tonight to Thursday morning.\n\n* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins in the Spencer and\nGosport areas. The river begins to backup Rattlesnake, Fall,\nMcCormicks, Limestone, Big, and Bean Blossom Creeks. Spencer\nPublic Access site begins to flood.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 12:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 12.3 feet.\n- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage\njust after midnight tonight to a crest of 14.2 feet early\ntomorrow afternoon.
