This will create a situation in which heat illnesses are\npossible.\n\nNever, ever, leave children or pets alone in enclosed vehicles, not\neven for a few minutes. Car interiors can reach lethal temperatures\nin a matter of minutes.\n\nStay indoors and seek air-conditioned buildings. Drink water more\nthan usual, and avoid dehydrating alcoholic, sugary, or caffeinated\ndrinks. Dress for the heat by wearing lightweight and light colored\nclothing.
