Radar estimates 1 to 2 inches of rain has\nfallen. Localized flooding is possible with additional storms in the\narea.\n\n* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.\n\n* WHERE...South Central Carter County in southeastern Montana...\n\n* WHEN...Until 645 PM MDT.\n\n* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, as\nwell as minor streams.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood\ndeaths occur in vehicles. Do not drive on or attempt to cross flooded\nroads, find an alternate route. Roads and driveways may be damaged or\nwashed out in places.\n\nPlease report observed flooding to local emergency officials and\nrequest they pass the information to the National Weather Service in\nBillings."}
