This thunderstorm was located\nover Myrtle Beach Rock, moving east at 20 knots.\n\n## Instructions\nMariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher\nwaves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor\nimmediately until this storm passes. If caught on the open water,\nprepare for deteriorating conditions.
