Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have\nfallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the\nwarned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing\nflash flooding.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban\nareas, highways, streets and underpasses.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nMainly rural areas of East Central McKinley County.\n\nThis is for locations east of Highway 509 and south-southeast of\nWhitehorse. Expect dangerous water flows in Voght Draw and Arroyo\nChico.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood\ndeaths occur in vehicles.\n\nIn hilly or mountainous terrain there are numerous low water\ncrossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not\nattempt to cross flooded roads.
