Impacts possible in some health systems and in\nheat-sensitive industries.\n\n## Instructions\nHydration is a critical piece to surviving the heat. Drink water, and\nif possible, take water to those who are vulnerable.\n\nTo reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and\nHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in\nshaded or air conditioned environments.
