Water over\nroadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in\nurban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 426 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream\nflooding.
