Water levels will continue to\nrise due to excess runoff from today's rainfall.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 428 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms near Whitetail in the Sacramento Mountains.\nFlooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned\narea.
