Overnight conditions will be very uncomfortable with lows\nin the 70s.\n\n* WHERE...Middle Tennessee.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM CDT Friday. For\nthe Heat Advisory, from 8 PM Friday to 8 PM CDT Saturday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check on relatives and neighbors.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside.
