This will pose a moderate risk of\nheat-related illness.\n\n* WHERE...Eastern Strait of Juan de Fuca, Foothills and Valleys of\nthe North Cascades, Lake Crescent Area Including US 101, Lowlands\nof Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties, Lowlands of\nWestern Whatcom County, Northern Hood Canal, and Port Townsend\nArea.\n\n* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat will significantly increase the risk of\nheat-related illnesses for those who are sensitive to heat,\nespecially those without effective cooling or adequate hydration.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children and\npets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any\ncircumstances.\n\nTake extra precautions if you work or spend time outside. When\npossible reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or\nevening. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat\nstroke.
