Drier weather\narrives Friday and Saturday, though winds will become increasingly\ngusty with critical fire weather conditions likely.\n\nThe National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a Red Flag\nWarning for abundant lightning, which is in effect from 1 PM\nThursday to 2 AM PDT Friday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been\nissued. This Fire Weather Watch for winds and low humidity is in\neffect from Friday morning through Saturday evening.\n\n* Affected Area: Colville Reservation (Zone 702).\n\n* Winds: Gusty and erratic outflow winds up to 35mph possible in\nany thunderstorms Thursday. Southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up\nto 30 mph Friday. Saturday, southwest winds 15 to 20 mph with\ngusts up to 35 mph.\n\n* Timing: For the Red Flag Warning, scattered thunderstorms are\nthen expected Thursday afternoon into early Friday morning. For\nthe Fire Weather Watch, critical wind and humidity values are\nexpected Friday and Saturday afternoons.\n\n* Relative Humidities: 15 to 23 percent Friday, 17 to 27 percent\nSaturday.\n\n* Temperatures: Up to 98 Friday.\n\n* Lightning: A 5% chance of lightning overnight Wednesday night,\nwith a 30% chance Thursday afternoon into Thursday night.
