Minor flooding is ongoing or\nexpected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5\ninches of rain have fallen.\n\nRepeated thunderstorms producing rain rates of 2 to 4 inches per\nhour have affected Old Fort and surrounding areas over the last\nhour.
