For\nthe Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to\n45 mph.\n\n* WHERE...Norman, West Polk, and Clay Counties.\n\n* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Warning, until 7 PM CDT this evening.\nFor the Wind Advisory, until 9 PM CDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Severely limited visibilities are expected. Travel will\nbe dangerous and possibly life-threatening. Gusty winds will blow\naround unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few\npower outages may result.\n\n## Instructions\nPersons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay\nindoors until the storm passes. Be ready for a sudden drop in\nvisibility to near zero. If you encounter blowing dust or blowing\nsand on the roadway or see it approaching, pull off the road as far\nas possible and put your vehicle in park.
