For the Wind Advisory,\nsouthwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast and\nsoutheast North Dakota.\n\n* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening.\nFor the first Wind Advisory, second Wind Advisory, and third Wind\nAdvisory, until 9 PM CDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.\nGusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could\nbe blown down and a few power outages may result.\n\n## Instructions\nPersons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay\nindoors until the storm passes. Be ready for a sudden drop in\nvisibility to near zero. If you encounter blowing dust or blowing\nsand on the roadway or see it approaching, pull off the road as far\nas possible and put your vehicle in park.
