Rip\ncurrents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Waves can\nwash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats\nnearshore.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Minor Beach erosion and isolated minor\ncoastal flooding is possible.
