Streams\ncontinue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 438 PM EDT, Duck Creek at Macksburg is reading minor flood\nstage, and flooding is occurring on roads in the area. Between\n0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain fell overnight.
