This will pose a\nmoderate to major risk of heat-related illness.\n\n* WHERE...Foothills of the Western and Southern Olympic Peninsula,\nMiddle Chehalis River Valley, Southern Hood Canal, Foothills and\nValleys of Thurston and Lewis Counties, Lowlands of Lewis and\nSouthern Thurston Counties, and Olympia and Southern Puget Sound.\n\n* WHEN...From 10 AM Tuesday to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat will significantly increase the risk of\nheat-related illnesses for those who are sensitive to heat,\nespecially those without effective cooling or adequate hydration.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
